Contemporary in style yet featuring the same reliably rugged, timeless and refined qualities that characterise our more traditional waistcoat range, the Hillgate is our take on a classic wool gilet.

Shorter in length and designed purposefully to be easy to wear and pair any with outfit, for this iteration we have used a sumptuously soft, deep green Loden wool fabric which has been woven and milled for us in Yorkshire by J&S Taylor. 

Based on a typical Austrian Tirol design, once scoured and milled the Loden fabric goes through an extensive finishing routine which gives it its unique textured finish and weatherproof qualities.
